Returns Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from our website, however, we do understand that occasionally you may want to return goods to us. You must call us on 02392 370259 or email us at to advise of any return`s, and our staff will notify you of the correct procedure to follow. Any items returned without prior notice, will not be refunded.

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods, Missing Parts.
Please check goods for missing parts or incorrect items received within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. This will make it easier for us to resolve any issues. Please note the goods must be available for collection where they were originally delivered: For instance, goods that arrived on a pallet; the nearest hard standing place.

Customers are asked to provide a signature for proof of receipt and that the customer is happy with the condition of their purchase.
Deliveries signed for that have not been checked for damage on delivery are not entitled to a refund.  

All goods sold on our website are fully covered by the manufacturers guarantee, and we will replace any faulty item ourselves within 28 days of purchase. Following this period, the manufacturers themselves, may then offer technical advice and service within the warranty they provide. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will then refund the postage cost.

Checking Goods For Damage and notifying HH Homemakers

All items must be checked for damage upon delivery. Please be aware that when signing for goods, you are signing that they are in good condition and undamaged (please do not sign "unchecked")

If an item on a delivery is damaged, you must make a note of the damaged item on the delivery paperwork and contact 02392 370259 or email us at with the details. - If no notification is made at the time of delivery,  then you are accepting the goods have been delivered in good condition.

Any Damage must be reported within 48 Hours.

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT FIT THE PRODUCT IF IT IS IDENTIFIABLE AS INCORRECT / DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. The manufacturer will see fitting as the end user being satisfied with the finish and suitability.

Returns Policy - Changed Your Mind
The Distance Selling Regulations (D.S.R) entitle the customer to a “cooling off” period of 14 days from the date of purchase, so If you change your mind about the product when you receive it, and have notified us within the seven day period, you can return it "unused" and in its original packaging, at any time within 28 days, for a refund of the product cost, less the original outgoing Postage. - If your order is Free delivery we will deduct the following charges as delivery has been attempted/carried out - Small Items: £10.00 - Large £30.00

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

All non faulty goods must be returned unused, and in the same condition they were delivered to you within 30 days starting from the day after receipt of the goods. We also ask that you look after the goods whilst they are in your possession and that when you return the goods to us, you also let us have the original packaging.

Only non faulty goods that are received back in their unused and original condition will be refunded. Once the condition of the goods has been verified we will refund, back to the card from which the original purchase was made within 28 days.

As we can only refund an item once it has been safely returned into our warehouse undamaged, we recommend when shipping any item back to us, you use a courier that offers insurance against loss or damage.

Items that are specially ordered in (ie: the exclusive Laufen range, Britton products, Aqua Cabinets, Moods items, Be Modern Surrounds, Roper Rhodes, Tate Collection or Furniture), all Flooring, Lights & Fires are subject to restocking charge of 25% of the Recommended Retail Price of the product.

The reason for this restocking charge is due to the fact that the majority of the goods have to be ordered in from our suppliers ESPECIALLY FOR YOU, and they in turn charge us this fee when we return the goods.

PLEASE DO NOT WRITE OUR ADDRESS ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING. We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made.
